CLASSIC AUTO AIR's excellent reputation for uncompromised quality, component selection and attention to detail is evident in all aspects of the "Perfect Fit Systems" product line! Every component was chosen on its superior design and quality rather than a low cost.

 Engineered with carefully sized, large separate A/C and Heat coils just like factory (OE) systems. The separate coils improve the cooling and heating capacity of the total system.

Smaller is never better when it comes to cooling a large classic vehicle.
 

Click Image to enlarge.		 All of the mode doors and shafts are 1 piece composite extrusions. This exclusive feature allows for larger diameter bearing surfaces and longer service life.

All of the perfect fit systems are assembled using spring metal retainers and are screwed together to enable you to service the entire system.

 

Click Image to enlarge.		 The highest quality OEM control cables are utilized. A stainless wire glides through nylon lined housings that are pre lubricated.

Inline adjusters are used to make periodic adjustments of cables in a fraction of the time.

Excellent air volume with less electrical amperage. This very important when installing on older vehicles that the electrical systems are not upgraded to modern standards.
 

STREET ROD COOLER II - CABLE

This High Performance universal system is controlled using the same O.E.M. quality Control Cables as the Perfect Fit series units but in a compact easy to install package.

This unit is an excellent choice for those Custom Street Rods when you want to keep the original controls. The power pack mounts easily up and behind the instrument panel and can be adapted to the original DEFROST diffusers or we offer optional diffusers.

This unit can be installed in the center of the firewall or on the passenger side next to the passenger kick panel. When mounted on the passenger side the EXCLUSIVE remote heat dump is provided to distribute heated air to the driver's side floor or any other remote location you would prefer.

This High Performance universal system is controlled using FLY-BY-WIRE technology and is the same compact easy to install package as our cable system.

This unit is an excellent choice for those Custom Street Rods when you want a totally PERSONALIZED INTERIOR. The unit comes with BILLET ALUMINUM FACE and Billet Knobs. The control panel has back lighting for nighttime driving. It also comes with an ELECTRONIC water valve. When installed as directed provides total temperature control from COLD to HOT and anything in between.

The controls and water valve are totally Plug-n-Play with no additional wiring required. The power pack mounts easily up and behind the instrument panel and can be adapted to the original DEFROST diffusers or we offer optional diffusers.
