Chevelle Perfect Fit Series systems "Beat the Heat" with Classic Auto Air's high performance Perfect Fit Series systems. A robust, in-dash, heat/cool and defrost total climate control system that replaces the old heater/defrost box. The factory heater panel controls the system. And our systems are designed specifically for each year, make and model. Stock dash vent locations on most applications for that sought after - but until now, rarely achieved - factory air appearance! Floor and dash (bi-level) A/C and heat with dehumidified defrost provide the driver with total airflow control and superior passenger comfort in all climates. Large separate heat and air conditioning coils are very important features exclusive to the Perfect Fit Series.

1964 to 1965 Chevelle Stay Cool with this complete heat, AC, defrost system. We utilize the factory control locations to give the install the highest quality look and factory appeal. This system is engineered specifically for the 64-65 Chevy Chevelle with in dash a/c outlets, defrost connects to the original heater defrost diffusers.

1966 to 1967 Chevelle A Complete heat, AC, defrost system to freeze you out of your chevelle. CLASSIC AUTO AIR has designed the model specific systems to fit a original standard heat only vehicle. If your vehicle is equipped with FACTORY AIR there is an AUXILARY KIT that includes all the necessary components to adapt our system to the factory controls and dash louvers.

1968 to 1969 Chevelle This system is engineered specifically for the 68-69 Chevy Chevelle with in dash a/c outlets, defrost connects to the original heater defrost diffusers. The system is controlled using the original heater control panel for all of the air diverter doors and air temperature changes.

1970 to 1972 Chevelle Stay Cool with this complete heat, AC, defrost system for your Chevelle. Whether you have a heat only Chevelle or are wanting better performance from your Factory Air Chevelle this system is designed to fit using you factory style controls.
