I have owned my 1970 Cougar for about a year and have never been satisfied with the original factory air and the old Freon. I replaced it with your new 134 compressor, dryer and condenser and have been happy with the system since.
My experience with Classic Auto Air has been great. I recently retrofitted the R12 air conditioning system in my 76 Trans Am with Classic Auto Air's R134a compressor upgrade kit. Although, I had to make slight modifications to the kit to fit my particular application, Ron and the guys at Classic Auto Air were excellent to deal with and provide great support making the modifications. The end result was perfect fit using the original condenser, evaporator and VIR. It also made changing spark plugs on that side a lot easier!

I live in Texas and enjoy restoring 68-70 b-body MOPAR's. While restoring my 1968 Dodge Coronet I discovered your 1968-70 Mopar B-Body Perfect Fit air conditioning system. Thus far I have installed two of the systems. The first was installed in my Coronet and the second I installed in a 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner. Shortly I'll be installing a third system in a 1968 Dodge Charger I'm restoring for my son.
The Roadrunner install was more challenging than the first because the restoration included a serpentine belt system that reversed the locations of the alternator and AC compressor. Working with Mike and Dwight in your Richland Hills, Texas office to figure out the changes needed to the perfect fit system to support the new AC compressor location couldn't have been easier. With their help when the perfect fit system was delivered it contained every part needed to make the conversion. Now, that's service!

Last fall I purchased and installed your aftermarket system in my classic car. I had system problems due to installation error on my part.
