As I told Mustang Monthly, my experience with Classic Auto Air was great! Before purchasing my system I did my due diligence. and spoke with several businesses selling after market AC’s. Classic Auto Air impressed me the most. You guys took time to answer my questions, with no rush. I felt you sincerely were interested in me as a first time customer, not like others. I had two questions during my installation and both times your tech guys gave me a concise answer. Bottom line: my 55 F100 as cold air! And except for the refrigerant I installed the system myself. I had never installed an AC before. I recommend Classic Auto Air to anyone in the market for a “cool ride”.

I also own a 1967 Mustang Fastback, I plan to get a Classic Auto Air AC for it later this year.

Just a line to let you know that I appreciate the immediate and friendly response when, I encountered an electrical problemduring install of the Street Rod Electric Unit in my 57 Buick Century. Upon contacting your Office and speaking with Gilbert, we worked together to locate the problem. Finally after testing various components, the problem was isolated to the Micro switch, and Gilbert stated he would get one out to me immediately. Well that's what happened, received promptly, installed, and unit now functions properly. So Kudos' to Gilbert for the excellent friendly service. Thanks, Classic Auto Air.

Classic Auto Air made air conditioning possible for my 1969 Plymouth Sport Satellite project called "Frankenstein". The car was assembled from parts from many, many different cars. The air conditioning uses a compressor from a 1996 Dodge Ram 2500, the original heater controls and parts from two Classic Auto Air kits. Mark, from Classic Auto Air, made a special manifold for the compressor and then made custom hoses so that everything worked well and was neat and out of sight when possible. I will definitely use Classic Auto Air for my next project car.

Dear Ron,

I want to thank you, Sam and your technicians Mark and Walt for the outstanding Job you did on my son’s 67 Mustang pony. I purchased the car for my son in 2005 At the age of 14, and it’s been a work in progress ever since. Now four years later it has Become part of him. We did our homework concerning the purchase of an AC for the Mustang, but Classic Auto Air had all the right answers, at the right price, and didn’t leave me with more questions. A personal concern was the effect the AC would have on the gas mileage of that small 200CI six cylinder engine, and I’m glad to report that it’s hardly made a difference on his MPGs. The AC is ice cold and he tells me he can’t run the fan on high speed because it becomes like an ice box in the car. Truth be told… Since you installed the AC in the Mustang, I became somewhat envious, and wondered what could be done to my 1937 Plymouth P-4, which is totally original, 6 volt positive ground and all. Well, I was informed by Sam that you have solution for that too, without having to change anything but the battery, and the generator for an alternator.

I can’t wait, maybe for Father’s day, or my birthday.

Again I want to thank you, and your techs, for their professionalism, attention to detail, Follow up calls to make sure everything was done correctly, and to our satisfaction. I definitely Recommend Classic Auto Air to all that may be looking to update or repair their classic car with Air Conditioning.

I will have no reservations leaving Classic Auto Air my baby (The Plymouth) as I know you will treat it as your own, and with the outmost care.

Thank you.
Joe Gonzalez Sr.
