This Perfect Fit SMART SERIES™ A/C kit comes complete with everything you need to have A/C, Heat, and dehumidified defrost.
This 1966-1977 Ford Bronco evaporator is assembled using spring metal retainers and is screwed together to enable you to service the entire system (if the need ever arises). Beware of glued together units that are expensive to replace. Engineered with carefully sized, large separate A/C and Heat coils just like factory (OE) systems and has separate coils improve the cooling and heating capacity of the total system.
Classic Auto Air uses a state-of-the-art High Output OEM style blower assembly with internal heat sink speed controllers for thermal protection. This provides excellent air volume with less electrical amperage to the system. No metal doors are utilized which eliminates rust-prone failures.
Billet Controls
The 1966-1977 Ford Bronco Smart Series™ kit is engineered specifically to use our billet three-knob Classic controls. You are not getting cheap plastic knobs here. The Classic billet knob setup for this Ford Bronco kit features an individual billet knob for mode (dash, floor and defrost) another billet knob for temperature control (hot, cold, and everything in between), and one more billet knob for the variable-speed blower motor. Just plug and play and you are done.
