RETURNS & TITLE

Classic Auto Air does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Classic Auto Air does not take title to the refunded item.

Special order, modified, incomplete systems, kits, parts are non-returnable. Complete parts, kits and systems may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All system & kits orders are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refundable if order has been processed. All returns must be complete, uninstalled and in undamaged factory packaging. Kits and systems must be returned in their entirety, no partial returns accepted.

QUALITY CHECK FOR RETURNS

When a return item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect for completeness and/or test it to ensure it is return- eligible and meets the applicable return requirements listed above. If the item passes our quality check, we will issue a refund. If our inspection finds that the returned item is not return-eligible or does not meet the return requirements listed above, we will reject the return and not issue a refund or credit.

If the return item is rejected, we will send the item back to you at the same address that was specified in the original order and at the expense of the customer. Customer Service will contact you.

RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

  1. Sign in to your online Account. (Don’t have an Account? Click here)
  2. Go to “Orders” and find the order that contains the item(s) you would like to return and click “Return Items” or “Exchange Items” button.
  3. Fill in Description or Refund reason
  4. Attaches Files if needed ie. Damaged items, wrong items ect.
  5. Submit request

Your request has been sent, please wait for a salesperson to send an RGA number. Do not sent in item(s) until you get this number.

REFUNDS:

  1. Refunds will be issued only after a return-eligible items, postmarked within 35 days after the original invoiced received date, has been received at our warehouse and has passed our quality check.
  2. For products that are returned in accordance with this Return Policy and pass our quality check, refunds will be processed within 15 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method,

Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  1. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
